Premium home care

Grand Cayman

How was Mum today? Now you’ll know.

Familiar carers. Each visit picks up where the last one left off. You get a clear, personal update every time.

Tell us about your family

Good care gets to know your mum — her routines, the small things that matter, and what a good day looks like.

How it works

One visit should do more than fill an hour. It should make the next one better.

01.

A familiar care team

Your mum sees the same small group of carers. They learn her routines, her preferences, and what a good morning looks like.

02.

Every visit has a shape

A light structure helps her carer cover what matters without turning the visit into a checklist.

03.

One note does the paperwork

After the visit, her carer records a short voice note. We’re building Tantycare to turn it into the visit record, family update, and context for next time — without writing it all again.

04.

You hear how she really is

Her carer checks the update before it is sent. Clear, personal, and in plain English after every visit. Nothing to log into or chase.

One visit tells you how today went. A hundred visits tell you what normal looks like — and when it begins to change.

Warmth on the surface. Real rigour underneath.

We started Tantycare because “how was mum today?” deserved a better answer. We are starting with the care itself because the only honest way to build that answer is inside real visits.

Dave Graham and Mike Sinkis founded Tantycare after working at Jump Trading, Marshall Wace, Google, and Goldman Sachs. They’re starting with a small number of families in Cayman — building a better way of caring that can work far beyond the island.

Early access

We're starting small, on purpose.

We're beginning with a small number of families in Cayman so we can get every part right — the familiar faces, what gets remembered, and what you hear afterwards. Tell us what your family needs and a founder will reply personally.

Please don't include medical records, payment details, or urgent health information here.
